Makita 240v mains charger for 14.4 to 18v 3.0Ah Lithium-ion Batteries. The charger works by cummunicating with each individual battery, it recognizes the ID of the battery and can therefore analyze its condition, compare that with its history, and give a far better charge with the use of the Active 3 controls, the charger looks after each battery to maximize cycle life and work volume. The Li-ion batteries can also be charged at any point full or empty, with no memory effect.
